I had versa strings perform for my wedding ceremony in April 2012. They were very prompt in responding to all my emails, calls, and very helpful in helping me choose my music selections. As the bride I was oblivious to all the happenings the day of the wedding =0 but prior to the ceremony my videographer commented how great they sounded! I would recommend them to anyone for sure.

I really wanted a string quartet for my wedding, but thought it was out of my budget until a friend recommended Versa Strings. Miguel was always quick to respond to emails and the group even learned the songs I wanted them to play for the big day. I almost cried when I heard them practicing my songs about an hour before the ceremony started, because it was sooo good!! I highly recommend Versa Strings to all of my friends, family and everyone else. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful experience. Contracted for string trio. The pre-wedding process was great, enjoyed working with Miguel in selection of ceremony and reception pieces. Many compliments from guests. Would highly recommend Versa Strings.

We couldn't be more pleased with the quality, service and over all experience we had with Versa Strings. We received so many compliments and best of all we were able to give our daughter this as a special gift because she loves classical music. The musicians of Versa Strings added so much to our ceremony! They played beautifully and were exactly what we wanted. They helped us with music selections and were quick to respond with questions. We also went through them to find a singer for a song during our ceremony and he had an amazing voice! We were very pleased that we chose them and would recommend them to others.

Versa Strings did a wonderful job at our wedding! Everyone was moved by the music. They were also very flexible. They worked with my brother who was the singer for my ceremony on finding the right tone for the songs that I asked for, even if some of these songs were in Spanish. They were also very professional, well dressed for the occassion, on time, and nice. Thank you for helping to make my wedding ceremony magical!

Miguel Cantu and his group went above and beyond to provide exactly the music my daughter-in- law desired. A a musician herself, she had very specific pieces that were requested, and Versa Strings did an amazing job! Everyone at the wedding commented on the music, and even the groom's grandfather, who is an old cowboy, said that the music was one of the most beautiful parts of the wedding. Versa Strings will certainly have a part in our family weddings from now on.

We couldn't be happier with the music Versa Strings provided for our wedding mass. The string quartet's playing was so musical. And the trumpet, Emily, added so much to the processional and recessional. It was such a relief to know that our ceremony music was in the most capable and dependable hands of Versa Strings. Our wedding guests are still telling us how beautiful the music was. I highly recommend them for your wedding!

This string quartet did a phenomenal job! They play their pieces very well and to top it, they very willingly learned brand new string parts to a new song for the ceremony and did a fabulous job delivering it. I found the piano sheet music for pieces that I wanted played for my ceremony in order to personalize it, gave it to Miguel and they did an amazing job on the day of. I would personally recommend them to you for your wedding if you want a job done right!!

Versa Strings provided the music for our wedding in June, and it was one of the best musical experiences I've ever had. The string quartet played beautifully, and many guests commented afterward that it was the best wedding music they had heard. Our wedding started a bit late, but the musicians were so good that the guests didn't even notice the wait! Versa Strings are talented and professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

I highly recommend Versa Strings for any wedding or event in need of a string quartet.
A professional musician in a family of musicians, the music was the one area of the wedding about which I was not willing to compromise or take risks (groom speaking, here). My wife and I asked for specific pieces in certain places, and just nice filler music in others.
Our selections included J.S. Bach (very standard wedding rep) and Bernstein (not as much your "normal" wedding tunes) but Versa Strings handled all our requests with polish and ease. The music sounded beautiful, well-timed, and many who attended have since made a point to compliment how nice the music sounded.
I am grateful for being able to truly enjoy the music at my own wedding.

I really appreciated the professionalism and flexibility that was provided. I did not want the traditional songs that are normally played at a wedding and they were willing to work with me. They even provided me with a few suggestions, which I went with. They were very understanding when I changed my mind and were very helpful. The quality of music is extraordinary, but they are very affordable. I wish I could get married every year just to have them play at my wedding. I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with these amazing musicians. They made a lasting impression on me.

The guys came right on time, they were very professional. They played beautifully and for an extended amount of time as the beginning of the ceremony ran very late. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them!

Versa Strings provided first class service during our wedding ceremony. We requested 2 string instruments (violin and cello). Both musicians were excellent. In fact, the two of them together sounded like 3-4 of them thanks to their musical symmetry.
We worked with Miquel Cantu, who was consistent in working with us based on the music we wanted. Miquel was able to translate new songs not previously on their listed playlist into sheet music that sounded WONDERFUL as we exited the ceremony.
We highly recommend Versa Strings, you will not be disappointed in the service and value for the price offered.

The one thing I really wanted for my wedding was a String Quartet, so I was happy when I found one that fit my budget. They were also having a pricing special, so I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if they would be as good as one of the more expensive quartets, but they were absolutely wonderful. We got many compliments, and I was so happy to hear them as I walked down the aisle. The only problem was that we didn't really have a shaded area for them to play in, so they were somewhat far from the guests, but I think that was in the contract, so I blame my venue more than them. I really am glad I booked them!

Versa Strings is awesome! Eric and his team is amazing! I was in a bind in booking the music, and he helped me get the vocal accompaniments and string parts down in the nick of time. I am very fortunate to have had this vendor at our wedding ceremony. Our guests are still talking about the music!!
