Tray Chic

I had heard only great comments from other brides and wedding vendors about tray chic, but I was kind of disappointed at their service. The person in charge of our wedding changed at the last minute because she left and suddenly we went from being treated very personably to very rudely. The food was very good and not very expensive, but I had to toast with ginger ale at my wedding because they claimed we didn't have champagne on our contract (we brought out our copy and proved we did, but obviously there was no way to make the bottles appear).Overall I was disappointed.

Tray Chic handled everything at our reception. While we were happy with the way everything turned out, it was a long road to get there. The owner ,Cherish, is roude and unfriendly. When we would call to ask questions, she was curt and acted like you were wasting her time. She left my mother in tears after one phone conversation.....a simple question about flowers. She can't keep employees long because she is so hard to work for. During the year in our wedding planning process, our wedding planner quit, the chef, quit, the cake lady quit, and the florist quit. By the time the actual wedding rolled around, there was entire new staff. As a result, we were required to meet with every new employee every time there was a change to make sure that what we wanted was what we got. We were holding our breath the day of, uneasy of the way things would turn out due to the great number of turnovers. The end result was beautiful, but this company does not make your wedding planning process a worry-free event.

Outstanding Service! I went with this company on a friends referal for my wedding and was as normanl running around crazy trying to get things done with only 6 months to plan fpr 400 people. When I met with Cherish and her group I was thrilled they took care of my every concern, made me feel carefree and confident. My big day arrived and not a petal was out of place. The food was elegant, the flowers were beautiful and the service was exceptional. They thought of things that I didnt and made sure every small detail was taken care of. I Highly recommend them.
