I absolutely love Darla! The food was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! The day of she made sure I had everything I needed and even made us a to go plate, which was much needed and appreciated! I highly recommend The Fatt Apple and the Jalapeno Cheddar Mashed Potatoes are a MUST!

I absolutely love Darla. You could text, call, email her and she was quick to respond. And such a sweet heart!! I was very pleased with her and the food :)

I was so tired of hearing the same things from caterers. All we wanted was some real food that was real good! After the 6th caterer had come and gone, someone mentioned The Fatt Apple! THEY LISTENED! I told her exactly what I wanted, she let us taste everything we chose and our reception turned out great! She adds her own personal touch, which made it more awesome than it was. Call Darla! The Fatt Apple is who I would recommend hands down!

I would recommend the Fatt Apple to everyone!! I was so nervous and stressed out but Darla and her staff took care of everything. She is so creative and can make anything you want. Everyone at our wedding complimented us on the delicious food and beautiful designs.

I searched for a caterer for several weeks. A friend of mine mentioned The Fatt Apple, so I called. Darla set up a tasting for us and we sampled about 20 different items off the menu. She helped us put together exactly what we wanted for our wedding. On the day of, we ended up having about 20 more guests than we expected. She had it covered. The food was excellent, her staff was so helpful and we didn't even come close to running out of anything. They are awesome and I would suggest them to anyone getting married or having an event that needs catering. You won't be disappointed!!
