5 stars is not enough! I would give this place at least 10. The service here was absolutely outstanding. I am always nervous that sales people will say anything to me just to sell a piece of jewelry even if it's dishonest. I would love to thank Rich for helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful, very honest, and knew exactly what I was looking for without me having to give much of a description. Give this man a raise! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality piece of jewelry with fabulous service. I never would have thought purchasing a ring could be anymore of a great experience, but then I went to Motek Diamonds and they truly over delivered. Thank you Rich, and thank you Motek Diamonds! Oded and the rest of the Motek Diamonds staff are a class-act in the jewelry business. They were helpful and knowledgeable in assisting my wife and I select the perfect diamond for her engagment ring (with special consideration taken to balance all factors equally such as quality and cost), and they incorporated every detail we requested into the ring design. The final product was more beautiful than we could have imagined leading us to select Motek Diamonds for both our wedding bands and a pear-shaped diamond pendant my wife wore on our wedding day. On top of that Oded was very accommodating in meeting with us on our schedule (Saturday mornings were the norm, taking time from his weekend), and we enjoy visiting with him/them for regular jewelry maintenance and cleanings. My engagement ring was purchased through Oded at Motek Diamonds. My fiance had done a lot of research regarding the unique cut of center stone I wanted, and Oded was the only one in the DFW area able to deliver a quality stone at a good price. I am very happy with my engagement ring, the only issue I've had is one tiny diamond on the pave band fell out a couple of times after I had the ring resized. However, since the last time Motek diamonds sent the ring to their workshop to be fixed, this hasn't happened again (and it's been over a year!) Overall very pleased with my experience at Motek Diamonds.
