I Love Flowers

We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company and 3 months later are still trying to get a refund. - they got the colors WRONG! In the contract we specifically stated blue but nothing purple. 3 hours before the wedding we insisted they come down to the reception and change the arrangements. - they messed up MY bouquet!!! I wanted a very specific pink/ivory roses and peonies, they used the cheapest greenish white roses and the peonies we had to pick dead petals off of before I could walk down the aisle. - I wanted an all antique white bouquet, they put blue in it and wrapped it in bright white, even though the contract specifically said IVORY. We had to re-wrap the bouquet before I could walk down the aisle. - My mom is a florist in Washington State, and they STILL used the wrong kind of flowers knowing that she knew exactly what they all were. - We met once with the "wedding consultant" and even though we left tons of messages and we stopped in the shop 4 days in a row before the wedding we never saw her or talked to her again. Until after I called the shop once a week for 5 weeks after our wedding. She didn't even know we had complained. - we rented the large vases from the shop with the intention of donating the ceremony flowers to the church and to my amazing wedding coordinator, by 9am the morning after the wedding the florist had already taken the vases and all the flowers! Which meant they took more than $400 in flowers that we had payed for and were still in perfect shape! At this time we are disputing the credit card charges, stating they did not provide the service they were hired for. I would never recommend these people to anyone.
