Distinct Elegance Bridal Boutique

I bought my dream dress from Distinct Elegance! I love it! The staff at distinct elegance are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable!! I am so glad I found my dress there. I am going this Saturday with my bridesmaids to order their dressess, too! :) GREAT PLACE!

Frances and her staff were absolutely amazing. She always remembered who I was, including my name, major in school, internship and my mom's name, and the things that I was going through in my life. This demonstrated her attentiveness not only to my concerns for my wedding, but my life in general. She helped pick out my veil and jewelry to compliment my mermaid style dress, which looked absolutely amazing together. Frances always returned my calls and emails in a prompt manner. Whatever I needed she made sure that I had at a reasonable price. She offers great ways to save money such as promotional coupons. I won a coupon for $100 off of my dress at a bridal show Distinct Elegance participated in and $50 to preserve it. In addition, I received a 15% discount for my bridesmaids and hostess dresses. Frances made my entire wedding experience a dream. She even made sure to follow up with me for pictures and to see how everything went after I got married. She was a God send and I am grateful for all that she did and continues to do. I have already started to recommend her services to my friends that are getting married. Ms. Frances Reed was absolutely wonderful! Her shop is beautiful and her selection is vast. I loved that she is the only retailer in the entire Dallas area that sells dresses by the designer of my dress! She's got tons of experience and it shows! Frances, thank you so, so much for everything you did to help me, my girls and my mother look beautiful for the wedding. We had so many people compliment us on what we were wearing. They were especially stunned when I informed them that mine was off the rack and picked out by one of your assistants! How amazing was that?!?! By the way, my mother looked and felt amazing -- I really do believe that the clothes made her mood even that much better than they already were before putting on her dress. She definitely wore her dress with pride. My dress came out perfectly, and added in with the hair and make-up; I felt like a princess. Oh, and I have to mention my sister...this was the first time in a long time I saw her stand with her shoulders back-not slouched and feeling beautiful in a very long time. Thank you for making all of our moments special. It is truly a day that we will never want to forget, and thanks to your beautiful dresses (that hopefully will get taken out from time to time and worn and danced in again), we won't.

Wow. This boutique combines a stunning selection of dresses with ultra-personal service. Frances gives you all of her care and attention. It is as though you are the only bride she has. The dress designs are all beautiful and unique...nothing ordinary or "cookie cutter." Frances helps you to find the dress that makes you say, "I feel beautiful"...and she makes you feel beautiful, too. We do not live near Cedar Hill, but it was without question worth the drive. We would make the same choice all over again.

Ms. Frances Reed the owner was so wonderful from the start. i called her with a problem i was told i wouldnt be able to get my dress in time for my wedding. she fixed it all, she helped me out and me so happy. she was very kind, and responsive to my issuse i was having , i got my dress, my vail, and my crown from her. i would tell any and every one to go see frances she was awsome!

Distinct Elegance is fabulous!! Frances was the kindest and most professional person I met with while looking for my perfect dress. She knew exactly what I wanted and was incredibly informative. I went into her shop and tried on a ton of dresses and just could not find that one dress in the style I thought I looked best in. She brought out a dress and asked me to try it on and if I did not like it then we would go from there. The dress she gave me was perfect. I loved it so much and it was a dress I never thought I would ever choose. She knew what would look best with my body type and my ideal wedding. Frances was also very responsive. She would contact me, my wedding planner, and my mother anytime there was any issue. I loved all her kindness and professionalism I also ordered my bridesmaid's dresses with her as well. Everything was gorgeous!

When I walked in the store I was impress with selection of dresses that Frances had to offer. There were so many gowns to choose from that my parents and I had to make two trips to the store to pick the dress for my wedding day. Frances was very attentive and helpful in finding accessories to not only go with my bridal dress but my bridesmaid dresses too. I am truly grateful to Frances for everything she has done for me.

Francis at Distinct Elegence is amazing. She is extremely helpful! She offered her advice on wedding planning and offered a list of vendors. I tried on dresses all over DFW and did not get the service like Distinct Elegance offered. The dress was the most important part of my wedding and she made sure it was the one that I loved! If she didn't have a dress, she was happy to get it! She also helped with our invites and made everything stressfree. Do not buy your dress until you go to Distinct Elegance!!! Any other dress shop could have ordered my dress for me...but they would not have offered the service like Francis!

Distinct-Elegance is a wonderful place to find your wedding gown and all your bridal needs. Frances was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond getting my daughter's dream dress delivered before her wedding. We picked up the dress two weeks before the wedding date. We started out with only 3 months to plan the wedding. I was afraid it would be impossible to get the dress in two months, but Frances has a great reputation with her representatives. Other boutiques could not get the order placed, but Frances came through for us. Shaunna purchased a Casablanca gown and it is beautiful! The gown also fit perfectly, like it was made for her. I will recommend Distinct-Elegance to all my friends. I would not hesitate to travel the 220 miles all over again. What an awesome experience! Frances you are the best!

I looked everywhere for the perfect dress and was at the end of my rope. With less than 2 weeks before our wedding, I still did not have a dress. I went into the store and was AMAZED at the variety and beauty of the dresses in their store. The owner of the store (who was a sweetheart) was the one who helped me select dresses. For the quality and style of their dresses, the prices were just right. I actually loved every dress I put on and I did not see one dress in that store that was not beautiful...I wanted to buy them all! The rest of the staff was so kind as well and very professional. Even if you don't live in Cedar Hill, it is totally worth the drive especially if you want a dress that is beautiful and unique and want excellent service!

I was so impressed with everything! The store, the service, the quality of merchandise, etc! First, I have to say, Francis is fantastic! She worked so hard to make sure I was completely happy with my dress, and the entire wedding for that matter! Her and her staff were so amazing! Helping me decide and everything! And trust me, that was a job in itself! She really went above and beyond!! The store....so cute! It's small and perfect! The thing about going to a small boutique is you really get the service you deserve for your special day! And that really means a lot! Basically, I could go on and on about how great the shop is and the service and Francis! You really need to check it out!!!! You will not be disappointed!!

I absolutely loved my wedding dress from Distinct Elegance!! Every visit or call to the boutique felt personal and special as Frances (the owner) always remembered me and my mom. The only snag we had was when the dress arrived, it fit about 3 inches too small in the waist. However, we had a plan in place in case I couldn't lose weight to fit in it. After 6 weeks, I tried on the dress again and it fit! So it was all good and well in the end and would shop there again.

They have the best dress in the DFW Metrolplex and believe me I have been around. :) They had a professional and helpful staff and I felt like a queen at their store. Their dresses were in the best condition I have ever seen. HIGHLY recommend this boutique.

Francis is nice and attentive and selected the most amazing gown for me, chose it off the rack based on the other dresses I had selected and it was perfect. She does have a habit of calling too frequently and the bustle that she put in for me didn't even last an hour. But the dress was gorgeous and she seemed to have a good knack for picking out the correct dress for the bride.
