They email you a response very quickly. They follow up with you about their product, alot of places don't do that anymore! We really liked what we ordered, top of the line!

Lacie made my 3-monogram cake topper as well as my mikasa love story cake server set. Girls in work fell in love and ordered cake toppers also. Her work is impeccable and the company is professional. Order whatever catches your eye - i promise you wont be disappointed!!! I have my items on display now in my home and they are just absolutely gorgeous.

Not only was I amazed at the quickness my daughters beautiful monogrammed cake letter arrived I was impressed with the personal emails I promptly received during Thanksgiving weekend after I was worried I had ordered it too late. I was given such a tremendous amount of personal attention and I can't tell you how much that means in a world of talking to computers and recordings. I loved working with them!!!!

Great service from the beginning to the end. I wanted something new and Lacie was able to create it. The cake topper looks great and I am so happy! Definitely worth it and glad I took the leap and got something shipped from America. (I am in Aus).

I ordered a silver P with silver crystals and it was BEAUTIFUL!! I am in to glitz so the price was not an issue for me. The stand it came with does not seem very good so just make sure to have other arrangements for displaying after. It sat on the cake perfectly and was not too heavy or anything. I would recommend!

I was thrilled with the service that Couture Cake Jewelry provided; I researched and researched cake toppers (in the way that only a bride-to-be can do obsessively for hours). I loved that I could chose a colored background material to reflect the colors, in addition to the colors of the rhinestones. I was unsure of how colors would look with some of the rhinestone colors, and Lacey worked with me to get the colors just right (including asking for pictures of the ribbons we were looking at incorporating to make sure the colors were "just right."When it arrived it was GORGEOUS - I was so impressed with how it all came together, the attention to detail and how lovely it was. It came with a stand for displaying it afterwards.Love it!

I knew that I wanted these cake toppers from the moment I saw them!Since there was no shipping to Australia, I had to figure out a way to get them here.Lacie was absolutely fantastic, professional and quick with repsponding to my emails and even set up shipping to Australia just so I could have them!When I opened the box I was surprised at just how beautiful they were... they look amazing on the website, but even better under down lights!Everyone who has seen them has loved them. Lacie made my wedding cake topper for our wedding on 6/28/08. Right off the bat Lacie answered all of my questions super fast! This made me feel comfortable ordering through her. When my topper came in, it was gorgeous. Her work is clean and meticulous. It was everything she said it was going to be. She provided everything I needed for the baker to attach the topper to the cake. Even though my wedding has passed, people still ask me about my topper and I refer Lacie to all my bride friends. I look forward to purchasing future items with Lacie. I think you can bling out anything!!! And she the perfect gal to do it!
