Bargain mugs quality was very good and the printing looked great! One or two glasses were broken when they arrived but Bargain Mugs sent 5 extra glasses to make up for breakage, which was really nice. None of the mugs were misprinted and they shipped to us quickly. Their pricing was pretty good, but expect a pretty high shipping cost. Our order of 220 glasses cost a little over $100 to ship.

Ordering online is never easy because I don't know what I'm going to get. But I decided to try and save some money and ordered shot glasses for a family reunion I was having. They came out very nice and I would recommend bargainmugs.

I bought wine glasses with our wedding date and names printed on them. I was a bit apprehensive at first because bargain mugs prices were way below the others and I really worried I would be getting junk. The glasses were a huge success to say the least. I would highly recommend using bargain mugs if a future bride wants to have some glassware printed on.

In the end, our pint glasses turned out to be fantastic! They were a huge hit with our guests and that's what really counts. However, getting there was an adventure. Our order shipped very quickly. When it arrived, we received 3 boxes, one of which was loosely packed and 2 glasses were broken. The entire shipment contained less than half of our pre-paid order. We were less than a week out from our wedding at this point, so we were understandably panicing. We called the customer service line, emailed them the damage pictures immediately. The rep resolved the problem right away and they shipped us the remainder of our order the next day. Everything arrived 2 days later, packed very securely, with no breakage. They even gave us 3 extra glasses to replace the 2 broken ones we originally received. I would order again should I ever have the need to in the future.

They were horrible. They took my money and I ordered mugs with a custom simple black seahorses and the Acropolis on it. Weeks went by and I called to verify the delivery they told me don't worry everything is running smooth. My party was a Saturday brunch by Friday they sill did not show up. I called again to find out where they were because if I had to I would drive to get them and I was told. Oh the mugs haven't been made yet. I was HORRIFIED! They gave me some lame excuss that there was a problem with the graphics and they tried to contact me. Which was not true because I told them 1. I was not notified via email 2. I was not notified via my phone, my fiances phone nor my mother-in-law to be's phone. So how did they try to reach me? So last minute my best friend and I had to run around getting cases of bottles of wine and cellophane wrapping and shredded metallic streamers and make tags and get ribbons to make 100 favors until 2am and I was so exhausted and was an hour late to my own party! And they time I spent on that I had to miss my facial, manicure and pedicure and hair appointment and yes I looked like a mess on my special day. To top it off I had to send several emails and rude phone calls to get a refund which took 2 weeks of my time!

This was another of my absolute favorite vendors. So easy to work with and the champagne flutes were incredible and such a hit.
