Creme de la Creme

The idea for my little company began many years ago at an informal dinner party I was hosting for a few close friends. I had planned and prepared dinner and, as was customary, an array of desserts.It was during dessert and coffee that my friends began to suggest making a business out of my knack for cooking. The idea for a catering company for busy people on a budget was born.I decided to focus my attention on desserts which had always played a crucial part in all of my gatherings. My friends loved to taste all the varieties of cookies, cakes, and tarts that I had labored over. I loved the preparation, the pouring through stacks of cookbooks, the searching for the freshest ingredients, and finally combining them all for the precise combination of flavor and design.

As with any new business, there were many false starts, high hopes and a lot of hard work. Orders began pouring in for a variety of wants and needs - a business needed a gift basket for an important client, something special and personal - a cookie basket was needed for someone's grandmother, all homemade and baked fresh - a wedding cake was requested for a bride, something beautiful and affordable. And so my little business changed and evolved over the years. Each day with something new and exciting!It has always been my philosophy to cater to the individual in each of my clients, to insure that there wants, needs, and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Our Cafe

Our café is located in the Historic Handley district of east Fort Worth. We are proud to be a part of the revitalization of one of the oldest parts of Tarrant County. The historic charm of the area lends a special quaintness to our café.

We invite you to stop by for coffee, tea, or better yet, for a slice of our delicious cake, a cookie or brownie. Or, come to one of our Open Houses. We only ask that you come hungry!
